Purchased a towbar for my light truck today, they installed & fitted it including the wiring for $580.00 incl GST! Excellent service and took only 1 hour and 20 minutes :) Also included for that price was the courtesy car can you believe it! Will be back here again in the future, highly recommend the awesome team there.
I had issues with my existing towbar electrical control unit. Shane arrived on time, instead of overselling a new control unit, he reprogrammed the existing unit in 15 minutes and its good as new. Great service, thanks.
Shoddy workmanship, poor quality control. Although the physical towbar installation was OK on my B200 Mercedes, clips were missed from the trim on reinstalltion - annoying, but NST did send me replacement clips. Then we came to tow a trailer and discovered the trailer lights were connected to the boot light, so operated only when the boot was open and the light on, not very useful. Once I got that sorted myself, I discovered the right hand car indicator operated the left hand trailer indicator and vice versa, which I also fixed myself. This was the second car NST installed and the second to need rework.
Great service. Good communication, excellent price and the towbar is better than expected. Fitted to my Tesla Model 3. Highly recommend if your planning on getting a towbar.

Needed a towbar for my CX5 and they were able to book me in for the next day. Fitting was done in less than 2 hours and good to have use of a courtesy vehicle. Cheapest place I could find and customer service was good. They also have a good choice of bike racks.
