Nothing is too much trouble with these guys. Called in early on a Saturday morning, not to buy a set of tires, just needed a hand to remove a tow ball of a car. Still got the very best service from them for the quick task. You can be sure the next set of tires will be purchased from them. Good old fashioned service - Thank you.

The lady at the call center wouldn't listen to me. Was talking over me. I told her several times that the tyres I require have to be ordered in. To cut it short she has wasted my time and the company I work for as she booked the appointment and didn't order the tyres in or advise the branch I was going to to order them in. I have had to make another booking which at the most suitable time for me is 1 week away, which really is not suitable as I have to change my work schedule around again. If she just stopped talking and listen for a moment this wouldn't have had to be as costly times wise or money wise for me and the company I work for. (Thank you for your reply. I would expect the person who replied to pass my feedback onto the general manager or marketing team. It's a bit on the nose to ask me to contact them to tell them about my bad experience, when I have already done it once and that one of my reasons was my time had been wasted. Yet I'm asked to waste my time a second time. Nup!)
Do not waste your time! Booked in a headlight clean up and sent my old man to take my car there for a 9am booking. Upon having a look they lied and said it has tints on the inside of the headlight so theres nothing they could do and sent him on his way. I called them up and they then tried to lie to me as well claiming there's tints on the inside (which there isnt) and when I called him out for lying he eventually admitted they actually don't have the right tools for the job and that's why they didn't do it. Completely unprofessional and complete waste of time, will be making sure no one I know goes to a beaurepairs again.

Great service! Fitted me in for an emergency tyre change which ended up not being required as the wheel was not actually punctured. Got very detailed information on my options which allowed me to make the right decision. So thankful. I will definitely be returning when I need new tyres.
