I have used Otahuhu Vehicle Testing for a couple of years now. They communicate extremely well and always provide an explanation if something needs repair, as well as the cost, before proceeding. Highly recommend them.

This place is by far the worst place I have taken my car to get it checked in they are noting but a bunch of unprofessional people trying to take advantage of people and over charge them. Please do not take your car here at all cost!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! Most of the google reviews are from Their own family and friends so do not rely on that and simply do not take your car here!!!! They are trying to hide my Google reviews now!!! You did not do anything with my car and you tried to sell me a battery for 850 dollars which was too expensive and when I say when no to it you got upset for no reason!!! you are the worst workshop that I have been in to and I hope no no customer ever experience You even me asked me to walk to the ATM and bring cash for you and you will give me discount this means you are trying to avoid paying Tax!! You did not even put my car thorough your machine to even find out what was wrong with the car you called your Mate and asked him to bring a battery in for 850NZD and asked me to to walk to the ATM bring cash for you!!! You should be ashamed of your service and writing nonsense here !!!
Very friendly staff. They also do fix ups on the spot (at an extra cost) if your vehicle fails WoF/CoF. Highly recommended.
These guys are amazing. I went for COF and no hassle at all. Everything smooth as butter. Definitely my new go to mechanic and recommend everyone. Way better than VTNZ.
Recommended by many first visit, really nice experience in terms of pricing and quick service. Would reccomend to everyone and will surely visit again in case of any issue for any of my car.
This guy is a big time scammer.I went to get my car COF done.He failed my car twice in two consecutive days for silly reason.I went to VTNZ and they passed it.Sanjay if someone isn’t coming to you for car maintenance and other stuff,that doesn’t give you any right to harass them in this manner.
He’s a fantastic guy and helps everyone with recommendations and his professionalism is amazing. Highly recommended them
