   After getting the run around with our usual mechanic and not getting any answers, just ("could be this or could be that" ) we decided to give these guys a go , And I wish we went there sooner !! They actual took the time to investigate the issue we were having (loud squealing when driving)They were able to locate the problem and fix it promptly!! Highly recommend them and will be going to them from now on for any future work. Thanks guys !!!

   Decided to try Pronto as I had a terrible experience with another mechanic down the road. Pronto were so great, good honest mechanics.    Good service. I wish that they added a way for me to drop the keys together with my car after hours. Your competitors have a little pipe in the wall that i can drop keys into when I leave my car. You are already providing better customer service compared to them, so if you copied this little thing you'd be the best. Please.
