   Would give 6 stars if I could. Manuj was extremely helpful and caring. Even told me that I didn’t need to change things I thought I had to instead of taking advantage. It was extremely well priced. 100 dollars less than what I had been quoted at other mechanics. This is the only place I will go in Auckland. Do yourself a favor and go here to get work done.

   Brought my BMW in for a WOF. The team were very helpful. Carefully explained the reasons it failed and even showed my the problem on the underside of the car. Gave a very reasonable price for the repairs. After I had my car done I bought my partners Mini Cooper in for a WOF. Again gave a very fair price. Communicated the issues clearly and promptly. Great service, quick turnaround and fair price. We will both be back.

   I used to be a loyal customer of this mechanic, and I would often speak highly about their exceptional workmanship. However, my recent experience has completely shattered my trust in their abilities. Not only did they fail to perform the job I brought my car in for, but the processed seemed like guesswork and no proper diagnosis was done. In fact the issue was already under after being told by someone else what it was was, letting Manoj know what is was, but going and replacing something completely different, when the issue proposed was in fact the problem. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in professionalism and ethics. Now I am left with a unfixed car that is now alarmless, and actually worse off than when I brought it in, not to include mention of the money that has gone down the drain for this. The mechanic used to be fantastic, providing reliable and efficient service. Regrettably, this is no longer the case. When I initially recommended this mechanic to others, I genuinely believed in their expertise and integrity. Unfortunately, my last encounter with them will be the final straw, as it has revealed a disturbing pattern of incompetence and what I believe to be dishonesty. To make matters worse, when I went to pick up my car, I was annoyed to find damage to my exhaust. It was evident that the vehicle had been carelessly rolled out of the shop, resulting in scraping along the curb. This level of carelessness is simply unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of respect for customers' property. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the quality of service I received from this mechanic. Their failure to complete the requested job, combined with reports of similar negative experiences from other acquaintances, points to a severe decline in their professionalism. The damage caused to my exhaust was the final straw. I can no longer recommend this mechanic to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. It's crucial to find a trustworthy mechanic who can deliver on their promises and respect their customers' vehicles.

   I’ve been going to Clearview Ellerslie for the last 4 years with both of our cars and have been really happy with their service. However last week Manoj’s team had to fix my left window washer, when I got home, there were 2 scratches and 2 dents on my bonnet right next to the left window washer - like someone had tried to remove it. I sent photos to Manoj and called him, he denied this was their doing, he didn’t consult any of his team just said it wasn’t their fault and it’s an old car, then hung up on me. I’m extremely disappointed, I’m 100% sure that damage wasn’t there before, why else would someone make those dents and scratches other than to remove the washer. I won’t be going back and do not recommend them.
