Fantastic service! Paulette at reception was super friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. She managed to fit me in for a WOF at short notice, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back!
The ladies at Auto Super Shoppe Birkenhead are amazing. Their customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced. I had let both my warrant and registration lapse (and even picked up a couple of tickets), so I asked if they could squeeze me in today. At first they couldn’t, but then they called me back and kindly fit me in at midday - such a lifesaver! They kept me updated throughout, and gave me a call to let me know the car hadn’t passed, and offered to fix the lights on the spot, which was quick and super affordable. They also let me know I could come back to book in some of the other things I’d been concerned about. On top of that, they mentioned I’ll get a text reminder next time my warrant is due, so hopefully I won’t end up in the same situation again. Overall, I’m so grateful they managed to squeeze me in and went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend!

We were in a bind and needed to get a coolant top up so we could get back on the road quickly. I called a mechanic around the corner who said they could help the following day. Called Auto Super Shoppe who said we’re understaffed today but we’ll get it sorted for you and to pop in. Within 5 mins they sorted us out and we could get back on the road. Really nice people and so pleased they could help. Cheers
Had a WOF that failed on two items that have been there for 4 years and never failed at two other mechanics over these 4 previous tests. This has just passed without any of these items failing which is ironic.
The team here are so helpful, and reasonably priced. A trustworthy garage !
This mechanic/workshop is awesome. My partner and I have been going here for a few years now. We can trust that when we take our cars here for a warrant that they won't create work to charge you for. Today I had a small issue that needed looking at immediately. The mechanic was really friendly, sorted it out right away in 10 minutes and didn't even charge me. Outstanding.
Hardworking guys in popular and busy car workshop. However they’re always happy to find a free spot for your vehicle. Reliable service with average prices.
Been coming here past 4years for my yearly WOF/Service, never had any problems, good communication, professional, kept me up to date through out the day, advised me of work needed to be done before it is fixed. Vehicle is ready to collect on the same day of dropping my vehicle off. Good customer service.
