“One of the most chilled out cafes in Kepa Road, I have been here several times and I’m writing a review having a wonderful brunch. I came to the cafe after a good walk, and was craving for a nice glass of fresh juice which they had, I had the Apple, Orange and Carot pressure juice which was on stop at that moment, the flavors complement very well and only improvement for me in this, if it was a bit more chilled. Then I had a lovely chat with a friend of mine and we had some food. I was looking at the food menu and saw French Toast and was immediately tempted and ordered that. The moment it arrived I was so grilled as the plating was done very nicely. With some fresh fruits and berries and a good portion of syrup. I’m very happy with having this cafe near by which I will definitely visit more often.”

“I ordered from this bakery a while back on uber. They were not very good so I didn't order again until very recently. They have to have new bakers or owners because the food quality has changed dramatically for the better. Classic bakery food done really well for a great price. Has become a new favourite of mine. I always judge a bakery by the quality of their custard slice and this is one of the few that make a real, proper one. Highly recommend.”

“This is our local bakery and we love it. Its our go-to coffee (hot chocolate for me) place on the coast! The cinnamon scrolls and sugar donuts are family fav's in our house. Have also bought their sliced bread, and its lovely and fresh.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience at Area 51 - Auckland Adventure Park Our recent visit to Area 51 at Auckland Adventure Park was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was seamless, and the staff efficiently sorted out our wristbands. We appreciated that each type of pass was color-coded, making it easy to differentiate between different activities—such a thoughtful and organized system! The food at the reception was surprisingly good and well-priced. There was a great selection for both adults and kids. We especially loved the kids’ meal options, which came with drinks—perfect for families looking to grab a quick bite before heading off for more adventure. It wasn’t just about convenience; the food was delicious too! From the reception, you can either head down to the lower part of the park, where there’s a fun kids’ playground, or make your way up to the bus stop for the ride up the hill. The Mitsubishi Rosa bus ride was comfortable, offering a scenic route to the upper part of the park. Up there, the real adventure begins—luge rides, the exhilarating zip line, and the thrilling Shooting Star! One thing that stood out to us was the atmosphere. Right outside the reception, there’s a luge car on display along with a price list for each of the activities, which really adds to the excitement and anticipation. Plus, there’s a huge screen showcasing all the activities the park offers. It’s a clever way to get everyone hyped up and makes it easy to plan your day. The park is well-organized, clean, and full of fun activities for everyone. Whether you’re with family or friends, there’s something for every age group. We’ll definitely be returning, and we highly recommend Area 51 at Auckland Adventure Park to anyone looking for a thrilling adventure!”

“I have been going to this little cafe in the mall for quite a few years and the people that owned and worked there were really friendly and lovey. The food and coffee were always great. Recently it has had new owners and I can say it is really lovely to see the service, great coffee and food have not changed. They are super friendly and make a delicious coffee. This will still my little go to even just for a coffee when walking around the mall.”

The party host Kaira was so attentive and lovely and made us all feel very welcome. The rooms was decorated nicely , the food was all out very quick and the kids had so much fun! Thanks so much! “Highly recommended — and dog- and baby-approved! We had such a fantastic time at Fabrics in Hobsonville! A special shout-out to the incredible gentleman who seated us. His warm attitude and friendly accommodation set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable visit. The ambience is just stunning — stylish yet cozy, with a great vibe that makes you want to stay longer. We paid $84 for two dishes and two drinks but the experience, service, and setting really do justify it. If you're looking for somewhere to treat yourself or take visiting friends, Fabrics is definitely worth checking out.”

“Grade A!! Nice little water front spot and prices have increased from the last time we were there few months ago. Enjoyed our meal and coffee was delicious. Parking: you’ll be lucky to get one close by, took a while to find one and nearly gave up but found one just as we were about to drive off. Ordered Salmon Eggs Benedict $28.50 Bacon Eggs Benedict $27 Ice Coffee Frappe $8 Ice Chocolate Frappe $8 Mochaccino in a bowl $7.50 And soft drinks for $3”

“My husband and I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary at our local The Block Cafe. We decided to dine alfresco as the weather was beautiful. The staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful and efficient. The food was amazing. I got the Pancakes with berry compote and a generous sized amount of cream. My husband got the big breakfast which had everything from bacon, eggs, hash brown baked beans etc.. The coffee was Devine! Very filling and good value for money. We'll definitely be back again soon.”
