   Food below average, poached eggs overcooked, avocado under ripened, bacon dry. Wrong order, mushrooms requested to not be on plate, but still were. Good coffee

   This cafe has a lot to offer. I had never been to Te Atatu before, but am tempted to go back from the North Shore for that Apple and Berry Crumble cake. The service was so welcoming too. I am not a coffee drinker so cannot comment on that. The hot chocolate was one of the best I have had in a long time. The menu was tempting, but I wasn't hungry for that this day. Definitely next time.

   So glad my partner and I discovered this cafe! It is now one of our new favourite cafes in Auckland :-) Muffin and coffee I had were both top-notch! I love a big cup of coffee, so I was delighted to see "Bowl" size is available here :-) My partner said his iced chocolate is the best one he has had in Auckland to date. He loved the fresh (not whipped) cream on top. Also said his toasted sandwich was "Excellent" and the cheesecake slice he got for us both afterwards, was very nice too! Thanks all, we're looking forward to coming back here :-)
