   Had a great experience at Lone Star Manukau! I ordered the Dixie Chicken with their famous slaw and it was absolutely delicious — definitely something I’d get again. I used to be loyal to the Honky Tonk Chicken (RIP!), but this was an amazing alternative. We originally booked for 8pm but realised it was a bit late. Steve from Lone Star messaged to let us know they’d had a few no-shows, so we could come in earlier, which was super appreciated. The whole team was lovely, and they were really attentive — they even brought over activities for the kids without us asking. Everyone at our table was happy with their food and drinks, and overall we left feeling really satisfied. Would happily return!

   Lone star has really delivered above and beyond expectations. Muscles were so juicy and fresh - in a divine refreshing creamy like sauce, ribs were epic, the chips had this really unique creamy sauce too with corn and other quality seasoning, the salad that came with is so well balanced with nuts, seeds well balanced dressing. Dont remember the last time i ate at a spot and felt that feeling of happy. 10/10

   Had a great lunch at Lone Star Manukau for my little sister’s birthday on Sunday! The food was delicious and well prepared, and Sophia’s service( this is the name I saw on my receipt, I hope its her) was absolutely fantastic, friendly, attentive, and made our visit even better. Highly recommend for a relaxed and enjoyable lunch experience!

   Thank you to the team at Lone Star Manukau, for their support in making our intimate birthday dinner a wonderful night for our little girl. 10/10 service, 10/10 atmosphere. The food was delicious and location easy to get too with plenty of parking for our family. Definitely recommend to all ♥️✨

   Greeted well with friendly & patient waitress the girl was Maori & had beautiful attitude , Great timing with food it came out within 20 min of ordering . Steak meal ordered to be cooked medium rare but came out medium cooked dissapointed but the jus was beautiful & used it with the Garlic bread dip Disappointed Squid rings small sized not crispy not worth the cost for size batter & not crispy. Prawns should of had a few more on the plate match how much you pay for them & not enough salty butter flavour seasoning was dissapointed for that. Burger tasted beautiful just needed a Relish to added to mayo for flavor. Ribs & chips beautiful flavor soft ribs crispy chips. Fish & chips beautiful crispy steinlager batter yummy Mussles beautiful Grilled fish dissapointing as it was more like baked fish sloppy sauce on mash potatoes. Garlic Bread was the bomb it saved the menu was the highlight and will highly recommend the Garlic bread Jack Daniel's choc fudge pudding was amazing highly recommend. Longhorn cheesecake was OK tasted better this needed a thicker biscuit base & would of been nice to have ice cream with it.

   Food is overpriced here in my opinion. We spent $135 today on 2 adults, a 4YO & 1YO. We ordered 2 main meals, 1 kids meal, 1 garlic bread loaf & a jug of coke. I ordered a ribs meal & my partner got a pork roast, the best part of our meals was the garlic bread and the crackle of his pork. My ribs were so dry and chewy and my partners pork was dry too. The portion of food is good & decent, however i'd prefer a smaller meal if it meant the quality of food would be better. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful though & the service was all good just wish the food reflected the price.

   Almost full house when we arrived on a Black Saturday evening. Good we called to reserve seats earlier. Servers were kind and polite though food arrived a bit late, yet again we did have a good bite. Ribs our fav now, the venison also the rib eye were fantastic. Filled our hungry tummy indeed. Be back for more.

   Great place and great food. The manager was very polite and ensured everyone was looked after. We didn't get served though and had to find a waiter, but meals came really fast after ordering and couldn't fault the steak. Had no offers to order any other drinks or desert so left only after a mains Will be back!

   Super busy but our food came out pretty quickly and so did our drinks. Our waitress was lovely. The BB King Ribs were divine! We were all very happy with our food and drinks. Finished off with tea and dessert which also came out pretty quickly.
