Delicious Traditional Taiwanese Sponge cakes are different flavors. Their hot sweet Egg Tarts are so yummy & not something often available in New Zealand. Well cooked & just the right level of sweetness. I was in a hurry, had a headache & needed a light bite, but I forgot to take photos (glad there are plenty on other reviews). The egg tart was perfect. The sponge cakes I brought survived their journey all the way back to Hawke's Bay and were enjoyed by my family & I for supper that evening. I loved the Almond & Cranberry one. Thank you Taste Cafe for your lovely sweet treats.
Best Egg tart in New Zealand!!!!! Love it !!!staff are very friendly and always with smile, I had a cup of Cappuccino here which is really nice~Definitely will recommend to friends,Especially the egg tart! Must try!!
Rarely I give a coffee shop 5 stars, but this one deserve it. It runs by ambitious and enthusiastic people, they are friendly and helpful. Friendly by their welcoming and their smiles. Helpful by their suggesting and offering some alternative options. I’m here, enjoying my Latte, one of the best in Auckland (even better than the famous coffee shops), and I like the egg tarts. They run out quickly if you didn’t catch them, so, the barista girl suggested for me an Oreo cheesecake, and Guess what, it’s delicious! The place and the tables always clean and nice to set for a cup of coffee ☕️ and for someone on hurry as me. Good Job Taste Cafe people! I like it!
