The staff member that was serving us was absolutely lovely and really helpful, I'm not too sure of her name (long dark hair) she was working the front this late afternoon. Honestly hands down the nicest person that has ever helped us, she was so kind to my 5 year old daughter - my child practically wouldn't let her go. Ordered shoes online and turned out i couldn't fit them, drove 2 hours and 30 minutes to foot locker and were told we couldn't do exchanges or refunds on boxing day as it's busy and slows the sales they could be making, once explained about us driving 2 hours he kindly accepted to exchange and was extremely understanding, this type of service is outstanding and shows great humility.
