   Bought a pair of flats recently and was a bit disappointed with the experience. One shoe was given frm the display, and the other from the box which I didn’t think much of at first.. but when i got home and checked, the sole of the display shoe was already dirty. For something I paid that's not cheap, it honestly felt a bit off. just wish there was more care, like at least cleaning the display shoe or offering a fresh pair. it might seem small but when you're spending your money, you'd expect better attention to detail

   I bought a pair of shoes from here and within 3 weeks the synthetic material used on the front of the shoe started deteriorating and ripping away. This is within only 3 weeks of owning the shoe, and wearing them to work in an office a handful of times. When I contacted the store about this they said it was “wear and tear” and offered to patch it up. However wear and tear is not a reasonable explanation for the material of the shoe crumbling away after only 3 weeks, and the offer to “patch it up” does not resolve the obvious issues with the quality of materials in the shoe as I cannot be assured it won’t happen again on the other shoe, or that it won’t impair the appearance of the shoe. I had asked for a refund instead due to the poor quality for the price paid, and have not heard back from the store in 6 weeks as they are not responding to my emails. Really disappointed at not only the poor quality of the product here but also the terrible customer experience when trying to resolve it.

   Purchased a pair of heels for graduation from Mi Piaci. I was so happy with my purchase because the store assistant was able to get the last pair in that style in my size in NZ for me. I also got them for a great price, as the sale items were further reduced! They were delivered to my house very fast, super happy!

   Some of the staff were quite arrogant. Some dude with a shaved head looked us up and down and said Some things that the person I was with overheard (about our clothes or something). When I told them that we noticed they acted innocent and one of them glared at me. If it wasn't negative you wouldn't have denied it lmao...guilty as. Atleast admit it lol, that's so gross of you. I've actually never encountered this before in a store nor left a review of this nature ever.

   Purchased two pair sandals - girls at shop did warn me this particular sandal the clip pops off. It did for both but the store was awesome to get them both shipped off and fixed and sent back really quickly. No problems since.
