   Didn't have very good All Blacks selection so we thankfully had a pop up store to sort us. But this rebels is great. Google map directions took us to a totally different place. Back track and go up the road and ask people so you get there. The place we came to was boarded up and next to an outdoor place. This is a large rebels store to wander through. Bigger than any other I have seen. You wouldnt think it was that big as you walk in. Great space.

   The past 2 times i've been here i've been left with a sour taste in my mouth and I have no interest in supporting this business anymore. -If you're Maori they will watch you thinking you're going to steal. And they will be blatant about it. -Even if you spend hundreds of dollars with them they will attempt to charge you $1.50 for a bag that costs around 7 cents landing cost to have made in china. How do I know? Because I use this exact same style of bag in one of my businesses. Now on my previous visit I overheard on the intercom "Security Please" and within 2 minutes the security guard approached me and asked if everything is okay. It was okay until you guys thought I was stealing and got security to come over. On this occasion I spent like $600 - $700. Today almost the same deal I spent about $400, I was constantly being watched by the staff and they wern't hiding it walking past the isle multiple times, it's almost a joke at this point - they basically see a brown guy come in and they think he's going to steal or something. I spent about $400 odd dollars and it'll be the last cent this store ever gets from.

   Just not right for customers, feel like being joke I just came over before half and hour they closed , end of big saleday First one just a lier, put 55% off on black shoes , but they only discount for blue one. It makes customers being confused. It's my bad, I didn't check it carefully. But please don't do like that Second one, I definately remembered that it was discounted 40%. Staff put the sale sign off before end of big sale 30 mins. And they didn't remember how many percent discount for these shoes. Supervisor and staff should have known your stuff well if you want to sell them to customers

   An absolute joke Purchased online from this store on the 2nd Jan, 2 x pairs of shoes and boxing gear. Recieved an email 14 days later stating one of the items wasn't included in the package and would be refunded, the same package that was apparently collected by the courier on the 3rd Jan. Package has still not arrived, 17 days later... and only had to travel 16 kilometers. Customer service no help, AVOID AVOID AVOID

   Staff were super helpful and accommodating with helping me find the right size shoe and giving a refund from an online order and ordering in the right size from another store. They also honoured the discount Boxing Day price on my exchange. A really positive customer service experience, shout out to Ella at this store for being so great and helpful!

   Few weeks ago I walked into this store as was greeted by a cashier operator that was a awesome start so as I was browsing around the store I was asked if I needed help which I replied yes and within minutes she was taking me to a operator with the new shoes that she helped me with and was greeted by the operator on my exit so we'll done to this store please visit if you happen to be passing by thank you to this store
