Brought my dog here once for dental surgery and again for, end of life care. All appointments were informative and not sugar coated, they were happy for us to bring him in straight away for emergencies and tried the best they could within their scope of practice to help us get some answers on my boys illness. Thank you all so much for your efforts.

We’ve had wonderful service from this business. Especially when we had to euthanasia an elderly dog. Wonderful caring staff.

They are absolutely amazing!! They took our beautiful boy cat Jax in even though we weren't registered with them, and they gave him the best care they could. They explained everything to me so I understood and also prepared me for what the outcome was most likely going to be.. I appreciate this team so much!!!

Our dog suddenly passed away this morning, we got in contact with these guys to arrange for our furry family member to be cremated, they were so kind and caring. We just want to say thank you to the receptionist who took good care of us and spoke some very kind words. It was hard for us to leave our girl but we knew she would be in good hands. You made our day a little better after our loss. Thank you so much

I had an awful weekend with my cat having a blocked bladder Bought him in first thing and they assessed him straight away, a vet saw me within minutes and gave me an updated and detailed of plan for what the next few days would look like for him. They were so helpful with answering all my questions about him and his management. They followed up twice the week after about him. Very very impressed with all staff from the reception/ admin staff to the clinical staff!

We sadly had to euthanize our elderly cat. From the time that I phoned reception to the end of the process we and our cat were treated with so much kindness and support. The team were wonderful. Thank you so much!

we needed an emergency appt for euthanisa our usual didn't care and couldn't accommodate us. Despite being super busy, they allowed us to get in quickly and treated me kindly, and gave my pet a gracefully and peaceful send off, by not allowing the pain to continue and quickly assessing the situation calmly and quietly.

Have been the vet for all 3 of our dogs. One of our dogs became sick a few weeks ago, had an appointment that morning, dog was missed diagnosed, paid the fee plus extras for said diagnosis. Got home from work just before 5pm to find our dog was hemorrhaging. Rung at 5.01pm, was told on phone they close at 5.30pm and would not see us as an emergency. Even though we live a few houses around the corner, and they were more than happy to take our money that day. They advised us to take her to Massey Vets in Palmerston North that is a 40 minute drive away. Which of course we did. Massey Vets were not impressed we were told this and said they should have seen our dog. That this was not good enough, they were not impressed with this service at all, neither were we. I have since spoken to other vet practices who have also expressed their concern that we were told they would not see us as an emergency, half an hour before closing. She was put down a few hours later. I highly recommend Massey Vets, we have been there a few times now. I would be very careful with information given by these Vets. 13/04/2023 Still waiting on all 3 of my dogs records you were going to send out to me. Can't help but think these are being tampered with. Please don't phone me and threaten me again about what will happen if I don't take my review down.I have the call s recorded and will be forwarded to the appropriate boards.

I don't not rate this vet, was hoping i could give a half star rating. I was thinking at changing as this vet is closer to where I live but unfortunately due to a couple of friends using this vet and both of these fur babys being misdiagnosed. One resulted in a death of a pup and the other had to be put down. It's absolutely heartbreaking especially since these people are meant to have degrees to treat you animals. Will definitely be stick to my amazing vets out of town who have been amazing with our sick pup.
