Great vets and very welcoming staff who truly love animals. We’ve been taking our animals to Rappaw for 20 plus years and we are more than happy with the services they provide.
Very caring and good appointment times. Cat has been recovering well from an operation. Good post op care, made sure cat was not in pain. Also made sure to check if cat was chipped and up to date with vax. Made me feel comfortable asking questions. Easy to get to and ample parking. Good for anxious cats.
On maybe my only trip here, to euthanize my 18 year old dog, I found the staff to be professional, compassionate, and very communicative. On what was a difficult day, the front of house and backroom team really helped get us through the day. Despite being in a small industrial area, the rooms are light and airy, and access is great.
Great clinic, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our dogs likes going to this clinic in the Rappaw group clinics, it's nice and quiet and has plenty of parking.
Brilliant care during our wee fullas neutering. Lovely staff and so nice to have a follow up call. Hugely recommend Rappaw.
As usual the service was brilliant, one of our cats had to have dental work and annual vax, while the other two were in for their annual vaxs. All work was done with care, and with a discount.
Amazing vets and support staff. Have been able to get an appt easily- even very last minute for an emergency. There are vets closer to where we live, but will continue to come here instead.
