Vets on river bank are amazing! They are my go to vets for any issues with my horses, or annual check ups. They’re super friendly, good with the horses, and their service is always awesome. Highly recommend!
Unbelievably bad service, the worst l have experienced. Lack of communication, no details of procedures undertaken, very costly ! Refused treatment over the weekend as not deemed urgent, yet four days later admitted for a overnight stay. Failure to listen to the customer regarding our pets issues. Very disappointed to say the least, expect much more from a veterinary practice.

Absolutely amazing. These guys were so great when our girl needed urgent, same-day surgery. They talked us through it all but were mindful of our stress and took the best care of our girl. She is happy and recovered and we are so thankful for the team at Vets on Riverbank!

Such a great team at Riverbank, we are SO lucky to have them and so greatful they are a 24/7 service. ( only one in the area). It's always a pleasure to go there they seem to be such a happy bunch who work really well together, gives it a great atmosphere which I'm sure the animals pick up on as well. Staff are friendly, caring , helpful and so lovely to deal with. You can tell they genuinely care. It's great having Charlie who is so knowledgable about Greyhounds, we are so lucky. It's not easy finding a greyhound savvy vet. HUGE thanks to such a great team.

Knowledgeable and caring. Fantastic vets. It's pretty rare to find vets that can care effectively for chooks, but they have the experience there too. Highly recommend.
