   The team at this clinic are amazing! Dr Ben is awesome - in addition to the high quality of care, he also patiently answers my usually many questions, and explains in detail which I appreciate. The nurses are lovely too. My cat Baylee can be difficult to deal with as she gets nervous and wants to get away, but the team here are gentle while keeping her still, and are patient with her, which puts me at ease, too. I never feel like I’m being seen as dramatic etc or not taken seriously by raising any concerns or being more proactive about my furbaby’s health and wellbeing. Also noting - the cattery is very nice and has a catio. Baylee was well looked after during her stay there.

   No one really enjoys taking their beloved pet to the vet. But honestly the team at Crofton Downs are friendly, warm, and absolutely love our wee dog! We have been in there a lot over the past year and it’s been great to have such genuine support during a difficult time. Highly recommend!

   Great vet, really helped us with a very difficult medical condition for our cat, Winston. Fantastic friendly staff who did a wonderful job on a major surgery, and saved Winston's life several times. After seeing several vet practices over the decades, I'm glad we came here for our recent issues.

   Gosh, me and Buck love this place. The staff...all of them...are passionate about animals. I rang one time when Buck half ate an oven mit. Not only did they give me great advice over the phone, the next day one of the vets rang me to see how he was.

   All the vets are fantastic, I had to have my 15 year old cat euthanized a few months ago and they were fantastic and handled every part of it including organizing the cremation. I had been taking him there right from when I first got him.

   One of the most caring bunch of people who always make space for my Jerry who is a very sick little dog. Although he has a main vet, Leone, all the vets know Jerry and his case so if Leone isn't in any vet there assists us and knows his history. They all show care and compassion.
