The level of professionalism along with the genuine compassion for animal care are amongst the highest I have experienced in my 12 years of having dogs. I could not recommend this place enough. Helen at Rappaw Titahi bay saw my dog promptly after receiving my distressed email about the increasing frequency his back end was collapsing on him. We have been seeing Helen on a fortnightly basis over the past year. Helen is a wonderful hydrotherapist as well as an extremely knowledgeable animal physiotherapist. Helen also explains what exercises we can be doing at home which are beneficial for helping our dog to maintain strength and stability for longevity which makes us feel like there are things we can do to help the dog in between sessions or in place of a session. Our dog has now been seeing Helen for over a year and we have witnessed the progress our boy has been doing. He has gone from collapsing and stumbling to maintaining himself and being able to manage his short walks better than he started out a year ago, despite being a year older from building up strength with the hydrotherapy.

Great service, really know their stuff, and a massive benefit to the hound. Can't thank them enough

The hydrotherapy clinic is an actual lifesaver. My GSD puppy was diagnosed with bad hip-dysplasia and after 12months of Physiotherapy & hydrotherapy (done in the same session), she has gained so much strength that she now may not need surgery!!! Both of my dogs have been for hydro and love it. And SouthernCross Pet Insurance covers hydrotherapy sessions.

Highly experienced, lots of knowledge that they share, very gentle on the pets. They certainly put a new puppy owner's worries to rest.

Connor is a skilled and empathetic discovery - he was enormously helpful, AND reassuring. I face my dog's inevitable ageing problems very differently now that we've found Connor!
