“I just purchased a recliner. I did it over the phone because of mobility issues. It arrived yesterday exactly as described. It is incredibly comfortable and I can tell it will last along time. The staff went above and beyond to get the chair to me and they were genuinely friendly and patient. It is worth paying a bit more for extremely high quality. I am very happy with my decision. “We shopped around baby shops all over Wellington and the Hutt Valley looking at buying a big ticket item, a mountain buggy pram. Baby City was the best customer service by far and were so helpful answering all our questions. The staff are well trained with their product knowledge and it really made us feel better about spending hundreds on a buggy. I wish I knew the name of the assistant who helped us, she was so helpful and I felt compelled to write a review, which Is something I don’t normally do. Thank you baby city for all your help.”

“Our recently adopted dog has separation and socialisation issues and had Jo at a home visit to provide her advice and knowledge. The visit was definitely beneficial over and above what we'd been trying to reading online. Our dog is now also attending their daycare which is working out well, he comes home happy and tired. After a very nervous arrival for his first visit, he was excited to arrive on his second visit. Note that this review was written after 2 visits to the daycare.”

“Top service in a mail order situation. My wife bought me an island shirt and pareu by mail order. The items were not suitable. One was too small and the other was not cotton - which I prefer. The items were fit for purpose under the Consumer Guarantees Act, my wife had simply not been careful enough when purchasing, so Langi's had no obligation to make an exchange. Perise and Etanah sent me photos of alternatives, which took some back and forth and lots of their time, when the consumer guarantee act did not require them to do. Now I have a beautiful cotton shirt and pareu which both fit me. Faafetai tele lava.”

“We bought everything we needed for our new bathroom from Crown Bathrooms. The shower, toilet and vanity were great quality without costing a fortune. The service was wonderful! It was nice and easy to pick everything up and it was great that they unpackaged things to check them before we took them away. We’d definitely recommend to others.”

“It never fails to amaze me how Mister Minute can take the most unusual jobs and turn them into something miraculous. In this particular instance, it was a set of cufflinks made for me overseas that carried significant sentimental value. I think the arguement here is that no job bigger or small that can't be handled by Mister Minute. The staff member I dealt with was super helpful and reinforced the fact that in a competitive environment they are doing a great job.”

“The team did an excellent job repairing a large dent in the back of my old merc a couple of months ago. Not only were they significantly cheaper than other quotes I had, they ended up charging me less than they originally quoted because I wasn't in a rush to pick up the car! “Edit: the morning after posting this review, a manager at Service Plus called me to apologize for my experience and immediately resolved my issue. Mistakes and confusion happen, owning it and fixing the issue rarely does—thank you! I've updated this review to 5 stars to reflect how I felt after this was ultimately handled. Original review: I went in with a broken iPhone and dealt with a lovely guy who had me fill out a form, disable Find My and pay $50 for a diagnosis (broken back, broken camera). He confirmed the extent of the damage was such that a full replacement (about $1,400 or so) was warranted. This was fine by me, so I left and filed an insurance claim. Predictably, the insurer wants to see a quote for the price of the replacement, however when I called Service Plus just now, I was instructed to go back to the branch, drop off my phone again, and wait for the diagnostic to be completed—which I've already done. Despite explaining this to two staff members, start to finish, I was told that there's no other path forward than to go back in and repeat what I've already done, and that I 'probably' wouldn't have to pay again. So, I'll need to find another couple of hours to burn getting to the store and waiting for the same answer as before. I wish I could bill them for my time :') Please improve this process (perhaps log more info/a policy to add more thorough notes?) and do better next time Service Plus Yours sincerely, A frustrated customer”
