   Lovely shop, highlighted by welcoming and friendly staff. First day went to get walking shoes, came out with my dream fur boots! The next day I bought a sweater that I should have bought the first day! Anyway; both times I walked out smiling. Traditional customer service that makes you feel valued. I will be back!    Sorry, a bit miffed. Drove from karori to upper hutt maidstone mall, to go to ballentynes and other women's fashion stores, as its a great mall. Ballentynes closed. Disappointed and an opportunity missed if you take in to account working mums and when they might actually have time to shop. Move with the times or decline.
