   I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I had a long drive back to Hawkes Bay and my tyre pressure warning light came on. Popped in to see if they could help and nothing was too much trouble. Put air in the tyres to the correct pressure level (I wouldn't have had a clue), recalibrated the car and didn't charge a bean, Service was exceptional, friendly and so helpful. It made my already difficult day so much better. Thank you :-)

   I was a little unsure after reading some of the recent negative reviews, but my experience today was genuinely great. I had my WOF done here and everything went smoothly. The team was professional, offered me a coffee, and there was zero pressure to upsell things like new tyres. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’d happily recommend them for WOF inspections.

   These guys always park their customers cars on the road side public slots on weekdays, which is annoying when we try to park, there’s no parking around this place. I wonder if those cars ever get parking tickets from the council, we will make an official complaint to council about the parking situation, which is happening for years.

   Worst warranty service I can imagine. Presumably they did the service, but didn’t put it in the book or reset the servicing reminder in the cars computer even though they said they would. Asked me questions about fixing the slow leak but then chose not to fix it even though tyre had 25% of life left, all too obviously recommending replacement of not one but 4 tyres at a price marked up by $100+ per tyre over the market. For people with electric cars, they should understand this waste of tyres and all the energy and petroleum they represent is problematic and writes them off the list of options. Is it just this site? I found another Brendan Foot site good.

   The service and warrant was friendly, prompt and thorough but very expensive at $635.00. I also have serious questions about a car that has done 25,000km, which I bought new from from your Lower Hutt branch, needing 4 new tyres which cost a me further $1,100.00. I would like an explanation from Susuki as to how this could be so please.

   I don't know a lot about cars so the mechanic working on my car made sure I wasn't getting ripped off and explained all of the repairs that needed to be done for me. Highly recommend taking your car to Gabriel at Brendan Foot; this guy is absolute class! Will be taking my car here for my repairs and maintenance from now on

   Had to get a work vehicle attended to on a day trip between Hastings and Wellington with some potentially nasty problems. Despite my unexpected drop in and a busy day for them, they were able to get the vehicle going quite well and no issues on the drive home.
