   Cannot rate the service from Lynne highly enough. Five stars doesn’t even come close. I was purchasing a car seat for my 3 year old granddaughter for my car. Lynne was incredibly patient with me despite the store being very busy and eventually I changed my mind on seats after a few days, but Lynne was very understanding and just amazing. She communicated and acknowledged everyone also in the store, something that is rare in retail these days.

   The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable when we were buying a second car seat. We also needed replacement covers for our current car seat, the staff were very helpful and ordered these in for us. Fast and efficient service.

   Returned a car seat that didn’t fit in our truck which we didn’t get advised about prior to purchasing. The woman at the counter was so rude in the whole transaction that by the time we got back in our truck to leave had my partner in tears by making us feel as if it was our fault. Luckily for that staff member my partner wouldn’t let me go back and complain in person. Worst experience of parenthood so far. If I could leave zero stars I would.
