“Incredible service today from Amy & Jade whilst having two car seats installed. Super knowledgeable and anything they weren’t too sure on, was double checked. “Lovely small op shop. Not overcrowded with items. Mostly clothing, books and some other treasures. The items they put in their shop have been selected with care. The clothing was in great condition. I found a couple of unique good label items of clothing as well as some kitchenware. A great way to support a very good local charity. The only thing I would suggest is that they put their prices up slightly. They are significantly cheaper than many other Op shops and even if they doubled the price of their clothing and china, I feel customers would happily pay that for quality pre-loved items, especially when it is going towards such a good cause. Keep up the good work team!”

Money goes to help more people into houses and provide a pleasant and place to learn skills at the same time.”

“Went to this store today to see if they had a big polar fleece dressing gown in my size. Not only did they have something my size, but when I asked if they had it in my favourite colour they went out the back and checked, and there it was! Very happy with the lovely service I received today :)”

“I absolutely love Undercover Secrets - it's one of my favourite reasons for going to Paraparaumu! They have excellent variety of all the lingerie I'm interested in - pyjamas, bathing suits, special knickers and bras, nice dresses for special occasions and quality teddies. They always know my size! I can shop there for my daughter as well because they know her size too. It's awesome.”

“We shopped around baby shops all over Wellington and the Hutt Valley looking at buying a big ticket item, a mountain buggy pram. Baby City was the best customer service by far and were so helpful answering all our questions. The staff are well trained with their product knowledge and it really made us feel better about spending hundreds on a buggy. I wish I knew the name of the assistant who helped us, she was so helpful and I felt compelled to write a review, which Is something I don’t normally do. Thank you baby city for all your help.”

Not sure what happened with the previous reviewer but I have always found the staff pretty chill helpful and relaxed. A shout out to Kirsty who has been keeping the place going for years! May she never leave! Her fashion style and the way she cares for all her visitors both 2 legged and 4 legged makes me smile everytime I shop. The music is really cool as well...always find a new track to look up from listening to it instore. :) All in all its a10/10”

“I think the people who came here and left disappointed and gave a poor review of this place missed the point. I came here for the first time with no expectations and risked paying $10 just to have a look and expecting to find nothing of any interest. But I was really pleased and surprised with the treasures I left with. I highly recommend you have a look yourself.”

“Staff are bubbly and very kind - man behind register literally singing songs and cheerful. They had many well known branded clothing and it was not ridiculously priced. Store is very clean and changing rooms are spacious. Doors automatically open which is helpful when walking out with your hands full of items purchased :)”
