   This location is really really pushy. I came in to ask about a specific pair of shorts and they didnt have it so a curly haired staff gave me a different pair of shorts that she claimed were the same when they weren't, and then she tried to sell me and my husband dresses, shirts, pants, and then tried to get me to prepay for a pair that would be too small. She conveniently didn't bother to mention that they would not be refundable if I did prepay. Thankfully I asked and didnt end up stuck with a "credit" for a clothing store in a different country like the other commenter. She would not take no for an answer and it was insufferable shopping here.

   Isabella (manager Wellington Store) is a gem! Her relaxed manner in selecting dresses that might work for me, listening to what I was saying, adding in my partner's view point, and asking on point questions made this shopping experience a dream. There was lots of laughter. I arrived home with two wonderful dresses and some fashion tips. Wonderful!

   We were in today for our mum to do some birthday shopping & were looked after by Rhiannon, she’s amazing! For someone who’s only been in the store for a few months she was helpful, knowledgeable & super friendly without being pushy. Thanks to her we even came back for a second visit & bought more. Best salesperson I’ve come across in a long time. Give that girl a raise!
