Oliver (assistant manager, Petoni) won me over after my absolutely terrible service at the Lower Hutt branch - almost forcing me to demand refunds for a Tawa desk I bought with a woman whom I struggled to communicate with and appeared to have the decision-making capability of a deer stuck in the headlights of an oncoming car, and identified as a manager named "Kalkatana". In frustration, I called their 0800 number and after me misidentifying the branch in my fluster (I am new to Wellington), was put in contact with Oliver Munn from Petoni (only a few weeks on the job) and their management team sorted out everything. He even delivered the desk to me. He was apologetic, courteous and has retained me as a "Warehouse Stationery" customer with his quick thinking and decisive action. I will be buying more from Petoni branch, never again from Lower Hutt until changes are made. Thanks, Oliver - and I assume the branch manager had some part in this too! Thanks!”

“I buy two guitar, some stomp boxes and orange amp from the Rockshop, They are really helpful and friendly and they ordered in my Jackson king v, I go to The Rockshop ever Monday and Thursday. Jesse setup my Jackson king V for full C Tuning, the string gauge is Ernie Ball Not Even Slinky 012 to 056 so I can play Sludge Doom. Ltd EC-10 guitar got fix by Chris and Jesse at Rockshop, they did good at fix my Ltd EC-10 and Ltd EC-10 sound amazing”

“I was researching some computer stores online and looking for a company to build my first gaming pc. PB Tech's prices was the best overall. So, I popped in at the Petone branch and Nick, the sales guy, was friendly, offered some great tips and excellent service. He helped build my rig that was in my budget. Parts had to be ordered and within a few days, the technician assembled the pc. He notified me when it was ready for collection. Jason was able to suggest a really decent basic option (Atoto F7WE) with wireless Android Auto at a decent price, and was able to install the same day. Jason was just as fast when the first unit required replacement under warranty. Would definitely recommend Jason, spot on in every respect, competent and a really nice guy. Mobile installation is another big plus.”
