   This review has been a long overdue, and I'm not sure the repair technician is still working at this store, but nonetheless he deserves praise for the excellent service he provided. In 2023 my computer suddenly stopped working, and I had absolutely no clue what the issue was. I brought my PC into PB tech and had its repair handled by Chris. Chris quickly identified the issue (faulty outdated MOBO). He further recommended affordable parts, accepted a cheaper part that I ordered for the repair, and put it all together. At times he would even answer my questions outside of working hours throughout the whole process, being patient and keep me up to date. Chris is a rockstar, and if he still works here, deserves his flowers 100%. Apologies for the very very late review.

   Impressively good service. The tech guy that help my son and I put together our PC build was brilliant. Good knowledge, Managed to figure out what we needed when we didn't really know our selves. Cheers. We appreciated his patience. Look after good staff by paying them well. Good staff are very hard to find and easy to lose if ya don't pay them what they are worth. 10!10

   My go-to shop for all things tech and gadgety! Prices are reasonable, and the product range is solid. I usually order online and pick up in-store- the process is always smooth and reliable. You can also drop by to browse hardware in person or chat with the staff about your projects. They often have in-store sales too, which is a nice bonus.

   Shop here for your tech stuff maybe, just don’t go here for repair service. Wouldn’t care to spend some time explaining to their customers what goes wrong. Told the job would take 7-10 days and the fact is they wouldn’t start it until the 10th day. Got my laptop back 4 weeks later. Staff looks miserable they all look like they’re getting underpaid or are in a toxic workplace.

   It's one of the best outlets for digital products. Some staff stress you by their are-you-buying-or-time-wasting position. It's difficult when you want to make sure that they care you are feeling comfy as customer asking relevant questions. I have a couple of favorite sales people in the shop. Why aren't there any females out there?;-)

   If there are any other stores in Wellington that sells tech and parts, I would go there. Sadly the choices are very limited. The staff are are not very helpful at all. If you look like you need help, they won't offer any. You may as well just do your own research and buy it their online shop instead. Unless you look like you have money to spend, the staff won't even bat an eye your way. The customer service os the worst I have ever seen here in Wellington.

   I went to the Wellington store just a few hours ago to buy an SSD. There weren't any on display so I waited in a line to ask. On almost reaching the head of the line I was told that the counter was closed. So I left the line. After me another customer came into the line and it seemed to be business as usual. Me? I came home and ordered from Amazon in Australia. They have a wide selection and free shipping to New Zealand. No need to pay downtown Wellington parking either. The drive will take 10 days to arrive but that's no big deal. On prior visits I've had an averagely good experience at this store but increasingly it makes little sense to shop there.
