My new washing machine was delivered and installed as agreed on time. Took the old one away and they cleaned the old space ready for the new one. So far so good and the machine is going fine. Highly recommend Newbolds

Very easy, needed to purchase a new washing machine. I was able to order it over the phone organize installation and removal of the old washer without leaving home. My delivery guys were excellent (despite a hill and 2 flights of stairs) and gave me time to clean the floor after taking the old washer out so the new one could go into a fresh space. We are so lucky to have these guys as our local appliance retailer. It's easy to jump in a vehicle and head off to one of the big chain stores, but even putting aside that they're local, it makes sense to shop at Newbolds Johnsonville. No sales pitch or pressure; just down to earth advice in a comfortable & casual atmosphere. These guys make it so easy, including delivery and installation. Even if you don't live in the Johnsonville area, it's worth the trip for a very different and relaxed shopping experience. Highly recommended.
Great service at a good price. Our tenant called us on Friday to say their oven had died. We called Allen and he was able to arrange delivery and install of a replacement oven on the following Wednesday. Our tenants were very happy.

The same day I was diagnosed with an auto-immune condition that robbed me the use of my legs my washing machine died. Soon as I got out of hospital, I had someone come check it out and they said it was buggered. Was in a bit of a state of panic because I needed to get a new washing machine quickly as I wouldn't be able to make it to a laundromat without my legs. Called Newbolds Johnsonville, they provided sound advice on that would suit my needs, they then had one delivered and installed the very next day. Would hands down recommend these guys over everyone else.
Alan at Newbolds is the people's hero. I'd been dithering over online options, but popped into the shop, and he sorted things for me brilliantly. ALMOST the same price as the cheapest online, BUT with delivery, installation and removal of my old machine included. AND my washer is now running its first load less than 24 hours after I walked into the shop. Thanks, Alan.
