Jenn was amazing!!! she sorted everything out for me. She knew her stuff and took out all the hassle for me and the total price turned out to be much less then what I expected.    Had my car's head unit installed by "a bloke in a van" and it was a dog's breakfast. Took it into Abtec where the friendly, professional staff sorted it out without a hint of sarcasm. And at a great price too! Very happy and will be back.

   Had a stereo added to my car and it is awesome love it so much, thank you Abtec for making it so easy to change my existing Japanese car stereo which I couldn't understand the lingo to my Apple play which I can connect to my phone and also can ask where things are like nearest service station, great customer service I might add as well

   Visited the store at the end of the week looking for a cable. Was told the cable is being ordered in, should arrive early the next week. I placed a click and collect order the next week but received no confirmation. I contact them and am told the cable is not in stock. They offered to swap to a longer cable which I agreed to. Something was wrong with the product listing on the website because the price was double what it should be and advertised as 10m instead of 3. After raising this issue, the description is corrected but not the price. Instead I buy the cable for the correct price (literally half) from hifihq and set the pickup collection from ABtech. Hifihq later call me up to tell me that I cannot collect from ABtech (even though I know they have stock). I then had to hassle them a few times to process my refund. Generally not a good business.

   Totally Rip off. Very unprofessional and unfriendly service. No smile on face at all. Charged me $170 just to say "your stereo does not fit to your car" Paid $100 to other installer same day to fit in the same stereo in my car. Totally disappointed, advised to other people, Do not to go there if you care about your money.

   Would definitely recommend ☺️ Awesome experience here on Monday! I got quoted $120 from a different place that wouldn’t even look at my stereo beforehand. Decided to come here and see if they could help, had a quick chat to a guy about what the issue was and he was quick to ask me if he could come outside and have a look, after doing so he grabbed some tools, pulled the stereo out, cut some wires and had it working perfect after 10 minutes! Turned out to be a pretty easy fix and he didn’t charge me for his time! I didn’t catch his name but I’m very appreciative! Great customer service, thanks so much!! ☺️
