   I never received my product, even after a month and a half. The second star is only because their support team was responsive and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, they were aware that the item was not in stock and that shipment from their retailer was not imminent. A heads-up before purchase or simply marking the product as out of stock would have avoided this situation entirely. As a result, I’m now starting my holiday without my camera gear, which is extremely disappointing

   Ordered a number of times they are quick for in stock items, and appear to do their level best to get items going that are with suppliers. I've had amazing support the one time I had a question quickly attended to in a most satisfactory way by Thomas in their team. With the amount of less available audio gear they stock or have access to I'm sure I will be continuing to purchase from them into the future.

   Great deals. Lovely staff. They are only open during normal business hours, unlike most tech retailers, so plan accordingly if you're going to use their free pick-up. They are wonderful about letting you know when things are ready for pick-up and when they've been sitting around waiting for pick-up.
