“Jorg is the kindest vet I have had. My Shepsky was very scared of letting the vet in his ears, so much so that he had to get him sedated for a general ear check up when we thought he had an infection in the past. Jorgs patience and caring nature helped my dog overcome the fear (I took him in daily to hang out with Jorg so he could play with his ears). Now I can even get ear drops in his ears at home! Can't recommend Jorg or the super friendly team more highly! Thank you, you have changed vet visits for us”

“Bloody good. We had a really nice room with views of the pool, tennis court and Mt Maunganui. Well appointed and perfect for our family of four. Very close to beach (across the road). Has everything we could wish for. Staff on reception very nice.”

“This is a beautiful house with wonderful hosts. Carole was extremely welcoming with lots of positive energy despite just having knee surgery. Mace was also a very warm person and between them they run an excellent B&B. Recommended restaurants in the area which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend staying here.”

“Nice store, clean and tidy, and much nice presentation. When I first moved to Tauranga, I went to the closer Bin Inn at Bethlehem, but their products weren't good quality. Products were old, stale, and some had weevils. I now travel further to this store where the products are much fresher and no weevils.”

“Very very great hospitality and service. The owners really do make you feel welcome, and they always took the extra step to make sure my family and I were sorted and comfortable. The neighbors were very quiet no loud noises in the night or anything. Awesome location close to every necessity. Great back outdoor section to walk around. “We booked a powered campsite for a night on a whim at the end of October and had an incredible time at Sapphire Springs. We ended up getting the entire pool area to ourselves for an hour before it closed since it was midweek. Excellent clean facilities, and the woman working at the desk very kindly gave us tons of recommendations for our travels. Would love to camp here again!”
