   Do not recommend this place me and my house hold have one of our dogs attending this day care his behavior is much worse than our labradoodle we just tried to sign up our labradoodle to attend day care with our other dog but the owner does not accept labradoodle so we will be pulling our other dog out. The owner is picky towards the dogs she takes care of. My labradoodle is not aggressive at all he is quite and chill but this lady has a different prospective on labradoodles, quite upset with her service I would recommend another day care in the area our dog is also really sad attending this day care so we thought to sign our other dog up but sadly that didn’t work out.

   Our Labradoodle Bonnie has been going to the Dog Lounge once a week for about six months. She is always eager to meet Jane, and has the best of times. I fully recommend The Dog Lounge if you want your dog looked after during the day.

   We had a sad experience at this place. My usual dog groomer was on maternity so I decided to try the Dog Lounge as my two Shih Tzu’s were in desperate need of a groom. I dropped them of and was told a couple of hours and they would be ready ( which is normal time) after 3 hours I decided to ring and ask if there was a delay, they told me they had got a little busy and that they should be ready in another hour. 4 hours went by and still no word. I decided to just go there and pick them up regardles as they seemed very sheepish! When they brought my two babies out, I was shocked to see their cut, as well as my beautiful boys eye, they had poked it with the scissors and now he has limited sight in his right eye. After numerous vet visits eye infections and a lot of money I vowed I would never return to this place again. They lied and tried to play everything down. Don’t trust these guys.

   My Dogs thoroughly enjoy going to the Dog Lounge, they are always happy to arrive and very content on collection. I have found Jane and her team to be very welcoming, accommodating and clearly look after the dogs in their care as if they were there own. I would highly recommend the Dog Lounge to any dog owner.

   Our dog always has a great time here playing with all his friends. Jane and Georgie are wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. Jane is doing a great job improving the facilities for her furry clients. Would highly recommend.
