It's the only post shop for many many kms. So they have a captive cliental. The business also functions as a chemist shop.
I love this pharmacy. The staff provide professional, attentive service. They are very busy but always remain careful and calm. They explain how to use meds accurately and safely. They answer the phone and send text reminders.
Jason and the team are amazing. They're friendly, take the time to check in, go above abd beyond in supporting my health. Although I've moved out of the area I still travel to this pharmacy to get all my prescriptions, and supplements because their service is the best in the Bay.
A great pharmacy right next to the best doctors in town. They are prompt with filling prescriptions, if they don't have it in stock they can order it in to arrive in a few hours. They send text reminders when your repeats are ready. Always friendly, polite and all around excellent service. The young man named Jackson went above and beyond to provide a very high level of customer service to me. Very much appreciated!

Your website on Friday said you would be open last Saturday at 9am. Rather than say that hours MIGHT be affected by Matariki, would have been much more helpful to say you would be shut Friday 24th to Sunday 26th. I walked 2+ km each way with a heavy parcel to post- not fun when in late 70s and having to carry parcel home again.
I love this pharmacy. Being so new it's fresh and light. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and we at Smooch Natural Products are proud to be one of their suppliers. Great working with you guys :-)
