My only hesitation is the pricing — it's often more expensive compared to other stores. Still, the quality and service usually make up for it.

    My mother-in-law and I went shopping for goldfish for the newly cleaned 60 years old outdoor pond and were thrilled with the range and the assistance we received. Charlotte was super patient listening to dear Mum recount the pond's history and if she didn't know the answer to a technical question, she consulted with other staff for a comprehensive answer.

    Went in here to get something specific for my animals. Walked all around the shop, trying to find what I needed. Wasn't to be found anywhere. The younger staff girl was busy with the only other customer in the shop. The two older staff members leaned on the counter and talked and ignored me. I left and went to Petstock at Bethlehem. There is much better service there. I'm not impressed with Animates!
