“I was in so much pain from an injury in my neck and Dane was amazing. I had tried medicating, osteo, massage, chiropractor...nothing was helping. Dane explained everything perfectly. Seemed to target the exact area where the pain originated even though I was feeling it down my arm and back aswell. Had may be 3, 4 sessions and months down the line I still revert back to the exercises he gave when I can feel any pain starting and it sorts it out. Forever grateful.”

“I have been to see Claire a couple of times recently. She has strong knowledge base and is an excellent physio. I had continuos pain in my shoulder which I thought would go away on its own but didn't for months. After seeing Claire three times I haven't had the pain return. “A regular client of Excelsa Pharmacy for the past three years, it is time for me to leave a positive review, on the back of some of the negative commentaries I have read. I can vouch that the personnel at Excelsa Papamoa Sands is great at 95% - yes, you may encounter that one staff member who is not as engaging and friendly as the others, but rather than focussing on ‘Misery’, I prefer to focus on the rest of the team who are absolutely awesome. The Pharmacists are always busy and deliver a service that is accurate, rapid, and professional. They will also step from behind the dispensary to come and talk with a client and/or assist the front desk when they are busy. Then we have the front counter/retail team, and in that team are some exceptional people - unfortunately I cannot remember all their names, however, one person stands out in my book and I would try and get served by her every time I go there. Her name is Tayla. Tayla is always smiling, friendly, very professional and will go out of her way to assist you and find exactly what you are looking for. Tayla is an asset to this business and she has a great future within the industry. So if you do go to Excelsa Pharmacy, keep an eye out for her. Finally, you, as a client/patient, remember you’ll get out what you put in, in other words, if you are grumpy, not smiling, rude, and generally not a nice person, don’t expect the members of the staff to be pleasant back. Sure they will try, but it is up to you, the client, to also be pleasant, and if they’re not greeting you the moment you walk in, realise that they may be busy and even though you are important, the world is not peripheral to your belly button, so, smile, be patient, and see the impact it has on others.”

“Cannot fault this practice. In spite of exceptionally difficult and frustrating times for all GP's in a fast-expanding Papamoa with an acute GP shortage, we have always been looked after by friendly, helpful reception and nursing staff who do their very best to get us sorted. Dr Natasha Roberton (and before her Dr Liam Tranter) somehow still makes time to listen kindly to her patients and focus on what is important/necessary for them, leading to positive outcomes.
