   I went to Family Physio Papamoa for the first time today. I was able to book this morning and see Kate this afternoon. From walking into the reception - I was warmly welcomed, to seeing Kate (on time) I was so impressed with the thorough caring consult to the treatment (amazing I could’ve stayed all day) to the exercises and strapping. Very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. I would highly recommend Family Physio.

   Family Physio are fantastic! Their consults for injuries are thorough and professional, and their unique strength training program has been a game-changer for me. I'm doing rehab for an arthritic knee and a shoulder injury as well as trying to get in shape, and the team have been incredibly helpful every step of the way. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and always go the extra mile to support your recovery. Highly recommend!

   This clinic very much has a family atmosphere, and the staff clinic are very welcoming and helpful. I would also fully recommend Kate, she is very knowledgeable and kind. She has helped me greatly with a back injury. She seems to find the relief through her healing hands, finding the right spots to massage. Calmly guiding any tight pain right on out. She was also very reassuring on the healing journey. And the excercises she showed me helped with the road to recovery. Thankyou Kate!

I am so thankful for the amazing physios that helped me get stronger to help the injury and to prepare my body for delivery. The name, Family Physio truly fits the business and team working there and I always feel welcomed and looked after. Highly recommend for all the pregnant mums to be! :)

   I started coming to Family Physio when they began their strength training classes 6 weeks ago. This was all new to me but has been the best decision for my own health and fitness goals. With a back injury it was imortant to have expert advice with getting correct movements and posture. I love coming to class every morning, the physio team are so welcoming, adapting any workout to suit my body’s needs and provide great support to reach goals. The results have been amazing and something I never saw in another gym environment. I also book in when needing a one on one consult for an injury and recieve 5 star service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and continue to reccomend them to others in the Papamoa community!

Friendly and approachable team with the bonus of being able to take baby along has made getting back into exercise a great experience!
