“Ever since joining redefined I have had nothing but awesome experiences, and Sam just adds to this. After receiving an injury in football I went to see Sam who has been amazing! She has gone out of her way with scans/trying to find a diagnosis so she can provide the best treatment for the injury. The programmes and exercises she gives are extensive and are appropriate to the level you are at, with options to progress or regress the exercises. Not only is she an amazing physio with heaps of experience, she has a warm personality and looks at more than just the physical injury. I have recommended Sam to a lot of people and will continue to do so :)”

She went into real depth with each of us for what we were looking to achieve, our heritage, skin types etc to make sure we were getting the best tan. Any time something breaks, it's usually fixed pretty quick, which is awesome. The staff are always friendly and up for a chat if you need a hand. The pool, spa, and sauna are a solid bonus – feels like a mini holiday after a workout. Only thing I'd change? Wish the opening hours lined up a bit better with my schedule – I'd happily pay extra for 24/7 swipe access. Otherwise, Ocean Blue gets a big thumbs up from me!”

They send text reminders when your repeats are ready. Always friendly, polite and all around excellent service.
