“I was in so much pain from an injury in my neck and Dane was amazing. I had tried medicating, osteo, massage, chiropractor...nothing was helping. Dane explained everything perfectly. Seemed to target the exact area where the pain originated even though I was feeling it down my arm and back aswell. Had may be 3, 4 sessions and months down the line I still revert back to the exercises he gave when I can feel any pain starting and it sorts it out. Forever grateful.”

“I have been to see Claire a couple of times recently. She has strong knowledge base and is an excellent physio. I had continuos pain in my shoulder which I thought would go away on its own but didn't for months. After seeing Claire three times I haven't had the pain return. She always offers great excerises to strengthen the weak areas. I highly reccomend her. Great physio!”

“Ever since joining redefined I have had nothing but awesome experiences, and Sam just adds to this. After receiving an injury in football I went to see Sam who has been amazing! She has gone out of her way with scans/trying to find a diagnosis so she can provide the best treatment for the injury. The programmes and exercises she gives are extensive and are appropriate to the level you are at, with options to progress or regress the exercises. Not only is she an amazing physio with heaps of experience, she has a warm personality and looks at more than just the physical injury.
