I was in so much pain from an injury in my neck and Dane was amazing. I had tried medicating, osteo, massage, chiropractor...nothing was helping. Dane explained everything perfectly. Seemed to target the exact area where the pain originated even though I was feeling it down my arm and back aswell. Had may be 3, 4 sessions and months down the line I still revert back to the exercises he gave when I can feel any pain starting and it sorts it out. Forever grateful.
