Everytime I come in (after having to wait 3-4 weeks for an appointment) it gets to my appointment time and Iβm still waiting 10-20 mins after to see a doctor which most of the time they would have taken the patient that is before me in after my appointment time, this clinic needs to work on their time management skills! If Iβm late by 5-10 mins theyβll charge me for missing an appointment but I have to sit around for 30 mins after my appointment to be seen
Officious & heavy handed approach to outliers (read as: those who are not registered with Papamoa Pines) Refused phone advice to a simple yes/no question and was firmly told I needed to send the question via email. Inflexible, unnecessary & devoid of good will. Called Te Puke Medical Centre (who I am also not registered with) who had no problem with allowing me to speak with a nurse who kindly answered my one simple question.
Cannot fault this practice. In spite of exceptionally difficult and frustrating times for all GP's in a fast-expanding Papamoa with an acute GP shortage, we have always been looked after by friendly, helpful reception and nursing staff who do their very best to get us sorted. Dr Natasha Roberton (and before her Dr Liam Tranter) somehow still makes time to listen kindly to her patients and focus on what is important/necessary for them, leading to positive outcomes. A big thank you. Highly recommended!
Disappointing after calling ahead, 7mins late at most. Not sure why a bus is dropping off passengers at the entrance to the centre, blocking the driveway to get in either. Parked up, still on the phone saying weβve arrived. Waiting out front for about 5mins, only to get a call on my husbands phone (not mine) saying weβve missed the appointment by being 10mins late? Previous visits, weβve had to wait in the lounge anywhere up to 20mins, yet today they couldnβt wait a little for us even after calling ahead. Been going to Pap Pines Med Centre on Domain Rd over 3yrs now, never once had this issue. Staff are more accommodating and understanding at Domain Rd than The Boulevard one. Not much empathy or offer of other options after mentioning we have a 3 year old that needed to be seen and as working parents having to leave work early just to get turned down for being 7-10mins late is disheartening.

I like these doctors. I don't like it when people Sugarcoat things and these doctors dont for me. I like this in health care.
Short wait time. Doctors listen and work with you. Awesome practice. The Best!
I really appreciate their service, they looked after me really well and the receptionist and nurse were really helpful. Dr. Liam is a great guy. Highly recommended.
