I really appreciate the service provided by Shelley, she’s always happy to take a call or reply to a text message, even after hours, which made a huge difference on some of the days where deadlines were approaching quickly! I love the personalised service that NZHL provides, which includes regular catchups to review how we are tracking so that we can maximise the benefits of having a mortgage with NZHL. Although I’ve never had a mortgage with a typical bank, there’s nothing that makes me curious about switching as NZHL does an exceptional job looking after us and keeping us on track to save money and pay our house off faster!    Thanks to Shelley and all the team at NZHL, they have all been great to deal with. For us the big differential as to why NZHL over a a traditional Bank loan, was they way they were able to structure the loan worked for us. We we doing a new build, and we were able to have the entire amount pre-approved and available in our NZHL transactional account, which made progressive build payment so easy.
