“The customer service in Seed Bayfair is always fantastic but yesterday exceeded expectations. I purchased some sneakers 2 months ago and the soles had already warn through on them. I took them in to see if there was any way of getting an exchange although I had my doubts because when I asked via the online chat, they said no. The ladies that helped me were so fantastic, agreeing that the shoes were not fit for purpose and were happy to exchange or refund back to my card. The whole exchange took less than 10 minutes and I walked out of there with brand new sneakers. Have always liked seed and found their clothing to be high quality, so even better when the staff are super friendly and helpful.”

The guy at the front desk summoned help from the back of the store in the form of Kahi who patiently showed me how to use the instore online ordering facility to order what I was after; he was very helpful and waited until I succeeded. The shoes were delivered the very next day ! How is that possible ? No delivery charge either. Very impressive.”
