Unfortunately my car got broken into that Friday and the jacket was stolen. I rang up to enquire about getting a digital receipt send through and I was greeted by a delightful lady who was so kind and helpful (she even rang me back to make sure I recieved my receipt). “I entered the store early and knew precisely the shoe I wanted although the size and fitting I needed was unavailable. The guy at the front desk summoned help from the back of the store in the form of Kahi who patiently showed me how to use the instore online ordering facility to order what I was after; he was very helpful and waited until I succeeded. The shoes were delivered the very next day ! How is that possible ? No delivery charge either. Very impressive.”

“First time in Hype Store Bayfair first impressions was the young guy (although with a customer) didn’t acknowledge myself or another group of customers while in there. Once the customers were on their way I waited to the side of the counter and no service once again and he helped another couple who walked in after me and the others. Then a lovely young girl came out from the back and immediately acknowledged me and so I started asking for certain shoes and she was amazing. I was looking at spending almost $700-$1k that morning but only stopped at 2 pairs as I was a little disappointed in the initial lack of acknowledgement. The girl name was Georgia i would highly recommend her to talk to for any potential customers.”

“The customer service in Seed Bayfair is always fantastic but yesterday exceeded expectations. I purchased some sneakers 2 months ago and the soles had already warn through on them. I took them in to see if there was any way of getting an exchange although I had my doubts because when I asked via the online chat, they said no. The ladies that helped me were so fantastic, agreeing that the shoes were not fit for purpose and were happy to exchange or refund back to my card. The whole exchange took less than 10 minutes and I walked out of there with brand new sneakers. Have always liked seed and found their clothing to be high quality, so even better when the staff are super friendly and helpful.”
