   I had an amazing experience. a lady called Katherine helped me figure out what type of bag I needed for my granddaughters sports she was so lovely , kind, and funny and helped a lot and convinced me to get the right bag. The store was well put together and my experience shopping there was lovely. 5 stairs for Katherine and her amazing attitude and kind soul this woman definitely deserves a raise and a big hug for her polite personality⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️.

   Good sports store, I went to buy clothes for my husband and the prices are good but the customer service is bad, the girl was rude and it seemed like you were asking her for a favor instead of buying from her, I prefer to go to the Bayfair store where the service is better. Thank you for your concern to improve the service. I was shopping at the store yesterday 08/28 around 3pm. I don't know the name of the girl who helped me but she was tall and had straight black hair.

   Wow what and experience, the girls at the counter warm and very welcoming with beautiful smiles to match. Excellent product knowlage, and by no means trying to sell you the most expensive item. Without a doubt the best Stirling sports store I've been to. Definitely going back for the amazing services and products

   The customer service experience I had was extremely disappointing. The lady at the front desk didn't seem to be interested in welcoming me or even acknowledging my presence with a simple hello. This left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. I believe that customer service is a critical aspect of any business, and it's unfortunate that my experience fell so short in this regard.

   Service is always outstanding! You may not find or get the item that you are looking for, but staff are always there to help you out, they will even tells you the places where you can find them if it's not available at their store.

   Worst service I have ever experienced in my life , staff rolled there eyes and walked away when i was trying to get shoes for my twins .. I served myself in the end , both staff walked away , at the counter wile paying i was verbaly abused by a man in front of my children ! ( this man proclaimed to be the owner but I doubt this as he had such little idea of stock / sizes / availability )..... .. I have spent thousands of dollars in your store over the past 8 years receiving numerous loyalty vouchers , , , I will never be back .. totally disgusted !!
