   I have visited this shop twice. The first visit was a great experience, fantastic service and the shoes I purchased are of excellent quality. This experience made me visit again. Unfortunately on my second visit I had to wait to be served while the shop assistant attended to her dog first then she was not friendly or helpful at all. Such a shame that one staff member can bring the shop down

   Thank you Emma for your help today with my 96 year old mother-in-law. She is very happy with her new navy patent leather shoes and hasnt taken them off since we got home. You were very patient and kind. I will be back soon for myself!! Always amazing service!
