Rude staff. Went in to try on some shoes, waited for about 5 minutes for someone to come out as no staff in the store, decided I didnβt want to purchase the shoes and as I left the young guy made a smart comment as I left the store. Rude
Returned an item i bought online via track and trace post, it was recieved by them on the 11th of January and as of 5th Feb still no refund because the warehouse team are refusing to acknowledge anything.
I had my online order delivered from this store, super fast and efficient. Well done! another happy customer.
I had a great experience here.A very bubbly, lovely girl served me as I look for skating shoes. She had lots of great advice. Herself and other co workers shared top notch banter and I feel compelled to revisit, even when I donβt necessarily need new shoes.
