Terrible experience. Staff packed the wrong sized garment, which I didn't realise until weeks later when I went to wear it. Refuses to acknowledge Consumer Laws and will not accept the return - handled in a very dishonest manner.
Visited this store afternoon of Tuesday 17th Jan 2023. Unfortunately donβt know the assistants name who helped out today but she is a star! Welcoming, helpful but not over the top. Helped me purchase two items. Thank you!
I never hesitate to send my garments from home in Christchurch to Maree to sell on my behalf. She is very fair and has an excellent system. It is always a nice surprise to see a wee bonus in my account.
What an amazing shop! On a bike ride through Tairua and got caught in the rain. Popped in here for a jumper to warm up and they went above and beyond to help me out. Great service and selection.
