   Went in two days ago was totally ignored by the two staff members After 3 or minutes, asked for assistance (puffer jacket) The young lady had very little product knowledge The young lady asked John/Juan who was totally disinterested - really disappointing - total couldn't care attitude from John Went down to Macpac, like another planet with attitude - customer focused - really good! Bought puffer jacket from Macpac The good news is - Kathmandu you can improve your customer service at Bayfair a lot, - because your starting from an extremely low base

   This is not a review for Bayfair but Kathmandu in general. How are they still in business! The right arm doesn't know what the left arm is doing. I want to purchase 50 wine cooler packs. The store said they can't help, I have to call Customer Service. They can't help, I have to call Direct Sales. They can't help, I have to go back to the store. No one answering the phone, can't leave a message because the mail box is full!! Just want to purchase some of your product that you have to get in from other stores. How hard is that!!! Why am I only allowed to purchase 1 item on line at a time?!

   Just came in with my elderly mother looking for some hiking boots. The staff were so busy talking behind the counter they didn't notice us, we were the only two people in the store. After corralling a staff member to come over and help, they stayed for 30 seconds, described the product and then went back to talking to the other staff member behind the counter. Didn't put much effort into making a sale. Didn't really care. The boots themselves didn't have much product description on them either. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

   Great sale so I made a number of extra purchases!! I asked for help from the female shop assistant and she couldn't have been more helpful. She was also very knowledgeable about the products. The place was clean and tidy with everything well laid out and easy to find.
