“First time in Hype Store Bayfair first impressions was the young guy (although with a customer) didn’t acknowledge myself or another group of customers while in there. Once the customers were on their way I waited to the side of the counter and no service once again and he helped another couple who walked in after me and the others. Then a lovely young girl came out from the back and immediately acknowledged me and so I started asking for certain shoes and she was amazing. I was looking at spending almost $700-$1k that morning but only stopped at 2 pairs as I was a little disappointed in the initial lack of acknowledgement. The girl name was Georgia i would highly recommend her to talk to for any potential customers.”

“Had the most amazing experience recently! On the 10th September I went in an was served by I delightful man who was talkative, kind and ultimately talked me into buying a 3 in one girls jacket. Unfortunately my car got broken into that Friday and the jacket was stolen. I rang up to enquire about getting a digital receipt send through and I was greeted by a delightful lady who was so kind and helpful (she even rang me back to make sure I recieved my receipt). She even advised me on what looked good as I tried them on. It was like having a personal shopper. She always had a smile on her face while helping me or other customers.
