   Was in this branch just a while ago today. Went up to a salesperson of Indian descent at the counter by the toy section. Very dismissive attitude, not keen to help. Just wanted to return an item, didn't guide me as what to do. Told me that my Clubcard was "inactive" and for me to ring customer service which eventually told me it wasn't inactive. Anyways, a little enthusiasm towards work would be nice. Artificial intelligence might come for these jobs in the future.

   Took my elderly mum her last week. We were warmly met and got directed to the Elizabeth Ardern (EA) counter. Once there we were met by Bella. Bella is amazing! One of those staff members that you wish every shop had! She knew not only knew the EA her beauty products, but also what other brands offered. Thanks Bella for your patience, your product knowledge and for your interpersonal skills. Went here the week before Labour weekend. No staff in the lingerie dept in the 3x I was here this week. A calk put out for a staff member. Waited 10 mins but nobody came. Loads of ladies looking at lingerie and they couldn't believe there was no one there either. Farmers, your service in the lingerie dept is rubbish and you lost a lot of sales this morning

   Today I was spending money as always on farmers, Tauranga city center but the customer service in the children area is so bad, the man with long blond hair plus an old woman lazy to go and find the price of the product for me, they wanted me to go and look for it,and it's their job to do not the costumer!!, and an elderly lady was too lazy to look for the price so I couldn't buy, and bought only two things ,I thought I shouldn't buy never again there, unfortunately NZ people don't have people skills or they just have a big lack of education to know how to be a better worker. Sorry to say but you lost one costumer, I always spent lots of money there. There are many better shops with better things so bye.

   We wanted to say a massive thank you to Nyree in the furniture department for her exceptional service. When we called at 9:30am about a warranty claim, she went above and beyond by immediately contacting the supplier and arranging a direct replacement. By 10:45am - just over an hour later - our new item was ready for pickup at Tauranga Farmers. Her efficiency and dedication to resolving our issue so quickly was truly outstanding.    Very nice store, stock holding is great, staff are very friendly and helpful. Bright, clean, they do run offers often. Parking building next to it can wolk right into store and with your purchase, you'll get 3hr free parking. Overall lovely. Some prestige brands are unfortunately not available from this store though like Estee Lauder, Clinique... Can still buy them from a nearby pharmacy...
