   Friendly helpful shop Assistant…. Didn’t have my size in the colour I wanted so she suggested I try the size in an altenate colour - Assistant then ordered what I wanted online & had the Reebok shoe delivered directly to my door! Easy!! Very comfy stylish casual shoe!!

   I visited your store yesterday and was served by the most pleasant and efficient women - I imagine the young lady mentioned in these other reviews. You didn't have the size I wanted and she made it easy to order them from another store to be delivered to my address. The shoes are arriving today, less than 24hrs later to a rural address. Shopping with you has been incredibly hassle free!

   First time in Hype Store Bayfair first impressions was the young guy (although with a customer) didn’t acknowledge myself or another group of customers while in there. Once the customers were on their way I waited to the side of the counter and no service once again and he helped another couple who walked in after me and the others. Then a lovely young girl came out from the back and immediately acknowledged me and so I started asking for certain shoes and she was amazing. I was looking at spending almost $700-$1k that morning but only stopped at 2 pairs as I was a little disappointed in the initial lack of acknowledgement. The girl name was Georgia i would highly recommend her to talk to for any potential customers.
