   I love the brand, the quality is decent and the price too. If you're lucky, you can get clothing during their sale. Finding stock however, SO HARD! you can get the stock on hand checked but the location is spread as they put one product, one colour in multiple locations. I'm talking clothing articles. Apart from that it's a great store.

   Very bad costumer service! Been there thrice and the staffs were very rude and unwelcoming. And to think that they were not very busy because there were a little costumer and not a busy day. When i reached the counter they didn’t even smile back when i gave them a smile instead they gave me a strict look face with raised eyebrows. They even told me rudely to return the clothes that I fitted in the proper place without saying please to think that it’s their job.

   Had a lovely experience at H&M at the Crossings in Tauranga. I usually hate shopping for clothes but Maia was a true gem. She showed me outfits that would suit my shape and colouring. She even advised me on what looked good as I tried them on. It was like having a personal shopper. She always had a smile on her face while helping me or other customers. Thanks Maia for making clothes shopping enjoyable!

   Unfriendly staffs. Being in the store 5 times and never once any staffs greet or offering help. It seen like they are avoiding customers.

   Clean well organised store. There was no customer service and I wasn't even greeted by any of the staff standing around chatting. Unfortunately the prices were high and the quality of some of the stock very poor! For example, young girls dresses unravelled and threads hanging off. Apparently there is an upstairs part to the store, I didn't see any indication of this and was completely unaware until I talked about the store with another person. Definitely wouldn't go there again!

   We went on a sale there were good clothes for the sale price however the workers are snobby and rude and they do not have enough staff. Staff should get some lessons on customer service or how to interact with humans in general if you choose to work in customer service you should have manners and not be so snobby and rude.

   Had to do a shop here, due to Singapore airline not sending our suitcases to Auckland with us☹️ women love the place, but I was surprised by the men's section, just picked enough for a few days because we had nothing. Staff and prices were great.
